Christiana McPherson
LCSW, P.C., ThB and Founder
Christiana McPherson, LCSW, LMSW, ThB is a born-again believer in Jesus Christ, saved by grace, and has been blessed to be married to her husband, Allen, since 2014.
As a clinical social worker, Christiana has been providing psychotherapy services since 2016. Through her work, she recognized a significant need for therapy that integrates sound clinical practice with biblical truth. In response to the Lord’s calling, she founded Remnant Therapy LCSW, P.C. in 2021.
Drawing from her personal experience of marriage restoration and her passion for biblical psychotherapy, Christiana provides biblically grounded counseling and guidance through virtual sessions for individuals and couples seeking healing, growth, and support.
In addition to earning a Master of Social Work degree from Stony Brook University, Christiana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Practical Theology with a concentration in Youth Counseling from Southeastern University. During her time at Southeastern, she served as a youth minister and developed a deep passion for serving at-risk youth and advocating for social justice. While her background includes youth ministry, Christiana currently works exclusively with adults ages 18 and older.
Christiana serves as the Practice Administrator and Clinical Supervisor for all staff at Remnant Therapy. She is currently pursuing her Registered Nurse (RN) credential, with the long-term goal of becoming a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and expanding the practice’s services to include medication management. She is licensed to practice in New York and Florida.
In addition to her clinical work, Christiana is available for speaking engagements and clinical consultation. For more information on speaking engagements, please contact the practice directly. For those interested in clinical consultations, please click here.
